The Kentucky Climate Center operates the Kentucky Mesonet, which serves as the official source of climatological observations for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Monthly summaries of daily data collected by the Kentucky Mesonet are available at no charge.

Climate Change
The 2014 National Climate Assessment is a comprehensive report on climate change in the United States. The report includes assessments of current climate and projections of future climate by region. Kentucky is included in the Southeast, though information provided for the Midwest may also be of interest. In addition, impacts of climate change based on economic and environmental sectors are provided, as well as adaptation and mitigation strategies for responding to climate change.
NCEI Kentucky State Climate Summary
The National Centers for Environmental Information produced climate summaries for individual states. The Kentucky State Climate Summary offers and overview of past climate and projections of future climate centered on Kentucky.
